Magical Uses: Use to stuff healing poppets & carry to maintain good health & for protection.

Health:: Respiratory infections, aching joints & stiffness. Pour 1 cup hot water over ½ teaspoon dried leaves. Cover & steep for 10 min. Strain & sweeten with honey. Drink 2-3 cups per day. Caution: do not use more than ½ teaspoon per cup large dose may cause nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. May also be used as a gargle for sore throat.
